As you may already know, Mr. Kuno Heim, who has been managing the authorized CARDI service center in Oberstenfeld, is going into retirement (which is very well deserved!). We have had the privilege of working with Mr. Heim for many years, and we are extremely grateful for the exceptional repair and service work he has provided for CARDI in Germany.

Starting from May 22nd, we are pleased to announce that Hans Sauer GmbH in Hamburg will assume the role of the authorized CARDI service center. This ensures that the CARDI quality standards you expect will be maintained in the future.

From May 22nd onwards, you can refer to Hans Sauer GmbH for all your repair and service needs for any CARDI product, including warranties and spare parts. Below you will find all the relevant contact information.
